Implementation of EBA guidelines on stress tests conducted on deposit guarantee schemes under Directive 2014/49/EU (BRRD) (EBA/GL/2021/10)
The French Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared compliance with the revised European Banking Authority (EBA) guidelines on stress tests for deposit guarantee schemes (EBA/GL/2021/10). These guidelines mandate that Deposit Guarantee and Resolution Funds (FGDR) conduct stress tests and report standardized results to the EBA and competent authorities by June 16, 2024. This implementation aligns with Articles 16 and 26 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 establishing the EBA.
