OFFICIAL STATEMENT OF THE CZECH NATIONAL BANK dated 13 November 2017 on the repeal of certain Official Statements of the Czech National Bank related to the prudential rules for banks, savings and loan cooperatives, securities dealers, and insurance and reinsurance companies

Article 1 In the Czech National Bank, following changes in legal regulations governing the activity of institutions and insurance and reinsurance companies, 1 or due to limited temporal applicability, repeals these official statements:

1. Official Statement of the Czech National Bank No. 29/1995 CNB Gazette, regarding the Decree of the Czech National Bank and the Ministry of Finance dated 26 October 1995 (No. 261/1995 Coll.), which establishes the deadlines and methods for fulfilling reporting obligations.
2. Official Statement of the Czech National Bank No. 5/2006 CNB Gazette, on the transfer of certain regulations of the Securities Commission into the regulatory framework of the Czech National Bank.
3. Official Statement of the Czech National Bank No. 8/2007 on the addition to and change of the list of responsible actuarial experts.
4. Official Statement of the Czech National Bank No. 11/2007 on the addition to the list of responsible actuarial experts.
5. Official Statement of the Czech National Bank No. 33/2007 CNB Gazette, regarding the prudential rules for banks, savings and loan cooperatives, and securities dealers. Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP).
6. Official Statement of the Czech National Bank No. 42/2007 CNB Gazette, regarding the issuance of securities not regulated by Czech law.
7. Official Statement of the Czech National Bank No. 44/2007 on the addition to the list of responsible actuarial experts.
