International Limited Liability Companies Act Chapter 270:01 Revised Edition 2020
The Government of Belize enacted the International Limited Liability Companies Act to establish a legal framework for forming and regulating international limited liability companies. The legislation defines the powers, formation requirements, and operational standards for these entities, including provisions for member liability, management structures, and financial distributions. It further regulates the Registrar's authority, tax exemptions, and procedures for transferring domicile to or from Belize.
