Circular No. 94: Credit Granted to the Private Sector for Financing Government Projects
The Palestine Monetary Authority issued Circular No. 94 (2012) requiring all banks operating in Palestine to submit statistical data on private sector credits financing government projects as of May 31, 2012. Banks must transmit the required Excel files via the designated periodic statistics service within three working days of the circular's issuance, followed by monthly submissions no later than the fifth working day of each month. This reporting obligation remains in effect until the regulator issues new directives regarding the data collection process.
