Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Fourth Amendment) Regulations, 2025
The Securities and Exchange Board of India issued the Fourth Amendment Regulations, 2025, to modify the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The amendment specifically revises Regulation 56 to mandate that listed entities forward specified information to the debenture trustee as soon as possible, and in any case within twenty-four hours of the occurrence of an event or receipt of information. These regulations came into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
