Regulation of the Head of the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency Number 06/BAPPEBTI/PER-SRG/07/2007 Concerning the Determination of Working Days in the Warehouse Receipt System
The Head of the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (Bappebti) issued this regulation to define the official working days for the Warehouse Receipt System in Indonesia. The document mandates that working days are Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 Western Indonesia Time, excluding national holidays and joint leave days. This regulation was established on July 11, 2007, to implement provisions under Government Regulation Number 36 of 2007 regarding the Warehouse Receipt System.
