Instruction No. 2019-I-25 of June 28, 2019 repealing Instruction No. 2015-I-20 of October 2, 2015 regarding transmission deadlines for market-making indicators

The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority issued Instruction No. 2019-I-25 to formally repeal Instruction No. 2015-I-20 of October 2, 2015. This action removes the previous regulatory framework governing the transmission deadlines for indicators related to market-making activities defined by the September 9, 2014 decree. The repeal is effective immediately upon the publication of the current instruction.

Instruction No. 2019-I-25 repealing Instruction No. 2015-I-20 of October 2, 2015 regarding the transmission deadline for indicators related to activities of market making defined by the decree of September 9, 2014 implementing Title I of Law No. 2013-672 on the separation and regulation of banking activities of July 26, 2013

The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority, Having regard to the Monetary and Financial Code, particularly Articles L. 612-2 and L. 612-24; Having regard to the decree of March 18, 2019 amending the decree of September 9, 2014 implementing Title I of Law No. 2013-672 of July 26, 2013 on the separation and regulation of banking activities; Having regard to the opinion of the Prudential Affairs Consultative Commission of May 27, 2019, DECIDES

Article 1: Instruction No. 2015-I-20 of October 2, 2015 regarding the transmission deadline for indicators related to activities of market making defined by the decree of September 9, 2014 implementing Title I of Law No. 2013-672 on the separation and regulation of banking activities of July 26, 2013 is repealed.

Article 2: This instruction enters into application on the day of its publication.
