The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has extended the deadline for existing Angel Funds to disclose their investment allocation methodology in Private Placement Memorandums. This relaxation, granted in response to industry requests, shifts the compliance date from October 15, 2025, to January 31, 2026. Consequently, any investments made by these funds after the new deadline must adhere to the defined methodology disclosed in their PPMs.
