Instructions for Preparing and Submitting Leasing Company Reports in Electronic Form
The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) issued these instructions to standardize the electronic submission of annual and quarterly financial, additional, and capital calculation reports by leasing companies. The document mandates that all reports be prepared in XML format according to specific schemas published on the Agency's website and digitally signed by at least two members of the management board or the liquidator. These instructions replace the previous 2015 technical guidelines and entered into force on January 1, 2023.
