The French Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) issued Instruction DOC-2011-01 to detail the conditions and procedures for visaing the prospectus and the marketing modalities of financial securities issued by securitization vehicles. The document further specifies the content and distribution requirements for the prospectus and periodic documents. It is noted that the text has not yet been updated to reflect MIF 2 transposition or the legal separation of investment firms and portfolio management companies.
