Decision on reporting of data from NCAs to EBA and EC under SEPA Regulation
The European Banking Authority mandates that national competent authorities submit SEPA payment data exclusively to the EBA via the EUCLID infrastructure to eliminate duplicate reporting to the European Commission. This decision establishes an annual submission deadline of 9 October with a reference date of 31 December, requiring complete and integral data files. The EBA will subsequently share the received data with the Commission through EUCLID, while the underlying EUCLID Decision is amended to include the relevant SEPA regulatory references.
