The Central Bank of the Argentine Republic issued Communication “A” 8261 and Circular CAMEX 1-1048 to repeal point 3.16.1 of the Foreign Exchange and Currency consolidated text, effective June 23, 2025. This amendment removes the existing information regime requirements for advance foreign exchange operations and mandates financial entities and foreign exchange operators to incorporate newly distributed replacement forms into their reference regulations. The Bank will subsequently deliver these updated forms to ensure compliance with the revised regulatory framework.

We address you to inform you that this Institution has adopted the following resolution:
- To repeal with effect from 23/06/25 the provisions set forth in point 3.16.1 of the consolidated text on Foreign Exchange and Currency regarding the Information Regime for “Advance of foreign exchange operations.” Furthermore, we inform you that we will subsequently deliver the forms to replace those previously provided, which must be incorporated into the reference regulations.
