A circular dated April 15, 2024 regarding cash withdrawals
Cairo, April 2024: The Governor / CEO of the Central Bank of Egypt, referring to the book published on August 25, 2022 regarding the maximum limits for withdrawal and deposit operations, whether from bank branches or ATMs, as part of the Central Bank's commitment to providing more ease to citizens and companies. He has decided to increase the daily maximum limit for cash withdrawals from bank branches to 250,000 Egyptian pounds per person and company, and from ATMs to 30,000 Egyptian pounds per day. The local policy of your bank will be reviewed to reflect these limits, and there will be an update on the maximum daily withdrawal limit for foreign companies managed by your bank, with a regular review. القاهرة في: 15 ابريل 2024 السيد األستاذ / رئيس مجلس اإلدارة بنـك تحية طيبة وبعد، باإلشارة إلى الكتاب الصادر في 25 أغسطس 2022 بشأن الحدود القصوى لعمليات السحب واإليداع الن قدي سواء من فروع البنوك أو ماكينات الصراف اآللي، وفي إطار حرص البنك المركزي على تقديم المزيد من التيسير على المواطنين والشركات، فقد تقرر زيادة الحد األقصى اليومي لعمليات السحب النقدي من فروع البنوك ليصبح 250 ألف جنيه مصري لألفراد والشركات، ومن ماكينات الصراف اآللي ليصبح 30 ألف جنيه مصري. هذا، وأود التأكيد على مراجعة السياسة الداخلية لمصرفكم الموقر لتعكس الحدود الواردة بعاليه، مع تحديث سياسة الحدود القصوى للسحب النقدي للعمالت األجنبية الموضوعة من قبل مصرفكم واعتمادها من مجلس اإلدارة وتحديثها بصفة دورية.
