Annual Plans to Install ATMs
The Saudi Central Bank requires all banks and financial institutions operating in the Kingdom to submit their annual ATM installation plans, along with utilization strategies for temporarily suspended site permits, by September of each year for review and approval. This directive mandates early coordination among relevant parties to ensure timely implementation, supported by the Bank's necessary resources. Inquiries regarding compliance and submission procedures should be directed to the Circulating Currency Supervision Department via email.

To the Esteemed, Peace, mercy of Allah and His blessings be upon you,
Subject: Annual Plans to Install ATMs.
I refer to the future plans of banks and financial institutions to provide ATM services to customers across all regions of the Kingdom, and emphasize the importance of early planning among relevant parties in this regard, as well as the Bank's provision of necessary support for banks and financial institutions to implement these plans.
I request that the Bank be provided with the annual plans for installing ATMs in September of each Gregorian year, along with plans to utilize permits for sites that have been temporarily suspended, in accordance with the currently applicable inter-jurisdictional requirements, so that they may be reviewed and approved by the Bank.
