Notice of Amendments to Legislation August 2021
The DFSA Board issued seven Rulemaking Instruments effective September 1, 2021, which repeal and replace updated versions of the General, Glossary, Conduct of Business, Representative Office, Anti-Money Laundering, Prudential, and Collective Investment modules. These amendments incorporate stakeholder feedback from the August 2021 consultation period to modernize the DFSA Rulebook. The updated modules are now published on the DFSA website alongside archived earlier versions.
