Decision No. 2025-P-02 of January 31, 2025 amending Decision No. 2010-C-42 of September 29, 2010 on the establishment of the Advisory Commission on Commercial Practices

The President of the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority issued Decision No. 2025-P-02 to amend the composition of the Advisory Commission on Commercial Practices. The decision replaces Annex 2 of the original 2010 decision with a new list of individuals designated by the Supervisory College based on their specific expertise in consumer associations, banking, insurance, and legal scholarship. This update ensures the Commission includes members with relevant professional backgrounds and experience in client protection.

DECISION OF THE PRESIDENT Decision No. 2025-P-02 of January 31, 2025 Amendment of Decision No. 2010-C-42 of September 29, 2010 on the establishment of the Advisory Commission on Commercial Practices

THE PRESIDENT

Having regard to the Monetary and Financial Code, particularly Articles L. 612-1-II-3° and L. 612-14-I; Having regard to Decision No. 2010-C-42 of September 29, 2010 on the establishment of the Advisory Commission on Commercial Practices; Having regard to Decision No. 2024-C-40 of December 9, 2024 delegating powers from the Supervisory College of the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority to its President,

DECIDES

Article 1: The aforementioned Decision No. 2010-C-42 of September 29, 2010 is hereby amended as follows:

Annex 2 is replaced by a new annex attached to this Decision.

Article 2: This Decision shall be published in the Official Register of the Authority.
