The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission mandates that all authorized Cyprus Investment Firms submit the latest version of Form QST-CIF for the third quarter of 2023. Submissions must be electronically filed via the Transaction Reporting System by November 6, 2023, and require successful validation with a NO ERROR feedback file. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in administrative penalties under the CySEC Law.
