The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 169 A on 23 September 2025 to deregister specific branches of UPAY Closed Joint-Stock Company. This action was taken in response to the company's formal application submitted on 12 September 2025 requesting the removal of its Stepanavan and Martuni branches from registration. The decision legally removes these entities from official registration and entered into force immediately upon the Governor's signature.
