Circular F.S. 19: Approval of Economic Development Corporation Stock Under the Friendly Societies Act, 1956
The Registrar of Friendly Societies has approved two specific issues of Corporation for Economic Development Limited Local Registered Stock maturing in 1988 and 1995 for investment by friendly societies under Section 20(2)(h) of the Friendly Societies Act, 1956. These newly authorized securities must be added to the official list previously established in Circular F.S. 9 of 1977. Friendly societies are required to have their auditors sign and return an attached acknowledgement form to the Office to confirm receipt of this approval.

APPROVAL IN TERMS OF SECTION 20(2)(h) OF THE FRIENDLY SOCIETIES ACT, 1956
- The following further issues have been been approved in terms of section 20(2)(h) of the Act and should be added to the list in paragraph 2 of circular F.S. 9 of 20 October 1977:
Corporation for Economic Development Limited 13,15% Local Registered Stock 1988 (Loan No. 6)
Corporation for Economic Development Limited 13,3% Local Registered Stock 1995 (Loan No. 7)
