Notice No. 5/2021

The Bank of Portugal issued Notice No. 5/2021 to amend Notice No. 2/2016 regarding the reporting of financial information on an individual basis for supervisory, statistical, and macroprudential risk analysis purposes. This regulation explicitly revokes Instruction No. 9/99 and applies to credit institutions, investment firms, and other financial entities supervised by the central bank. The notice entered into force on June 30, 2021, following its publication in the Official Journal on June 21, 2021.
