Circular No. 115/2025: Al-Mustaqbal Charity Association
The Palestine Monetary Authority mandates all banks operating in Palestine to immediately freeze all bank accounts of the Al-Mustaqbal Charity Association (Registration No. 7696). This enforcement action is executed in direct response to a formal request from the Ministry of Interior's General Administration of Non-Governmental Organizations and Public Affairs. The account freeze will remain strictly in effect until the Association fully rectifies its administrative status and the Ministry officially approves a new board of directors.

Attached is a copy of the letter from Mr. Ishtar Hilana - Director General of the General Administration of Non-Governmental Organizations and Public Affairs at the Ministry of Interior, No. (9169), regarding the request to freeze all bank accounts of the Al-Mustaqbal Charity Association registered with the Ministry under number (7696), pending the Association's rectification of its status in accordance with regulations. Accordingly, the necessary measures for implementation are requested.
