Decision on Exemption from Payment of Part of the Fee for Publishers for the Third Quarter of 2019
The Management Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency issued a decision fully exempting obligated publishers from paying fees for the third quarter of 2019. This exemption applies to entities required to pay fees under Article 2, paragraph 1, point 5, and Articles 7 and 17, paragraph 3 of the relevant Rulebook. The decision entered into force on the date of adoption and was published on the Agency's website.

The Management Board of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency, pursuant to Article 17, paragraph 1, point 10 of the Statute of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency ("Official Gazette" No. 53/12), in conjunction with Article 3, paragraph 4 of the Rulebook on the calculation, amount, and collection of fees payable to the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency for 2019 ("Official Gazette" Nos. 112/18 and 18/19, hereinafter: the Rulebook), at the meeting held on October 14, 2019, adopted the
DECISION on the exemption from payment of part of the fee for publishers
I. Obligors of payment of the fee under Article 2, paragraph 1, point 5 of the Rulebook who pay the fee to the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency in accordance with Article 7 and Article 17, paragraph 3 of the Rulebook, are fully exempted from payment of the fee for the third quarter of 2019.
II. This Decision enters into force on the day of its adoption and is publicly published on the website of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency.
