Revoking the Pawnshop Activities License No. PA-Y 143 Granted to Pawnshop “Nariena” LLC
Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“ki”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Paragraph 22 of the “Procedure on Licensing Pawnshop Activities in the Republic of Armenia” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 32-N, dated February 3, 2017; Whereas on January 9, 2025 and January 31, 2025 the pawnshop “Nariena”, a Limited Liability Company, filed an application to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, requesting to terminate its pawnshop activity license; In view of the conclusion (Minutes No. 6, dated February 12, 2025) issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia
E n a c t s:
Revoke the Pawnshop Activity License No. PA-Y 143 granted to the pawnshop “Nariena” LLC under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 53A, dated March 10, 2009.
Publish the concluding part of this resolution on the website of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia through the CBA Public Relations Service, aimed at safeguarding the interests of, and ensuring due notification to, the customers of the pawnshop “Nariena”, a Limited Liability Company.
This resolution to enter into force upon its registration with the pawnshop “Nariena” LLC or on the day following its delivery to an authorized representative of the pawnshop “Nariena” LLC, in the prescribed manner.
