The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 208 A to officially register and license "CUBE CREDIT" Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company. This decision follows multiple petitions from initiators Armen Ter-Hakobyan and Armine Najaryan and incorporates the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee. The resolution entered into force immediately upon its adoption on 28 November 2025.

ON STATE REGISTRATION AND LICENSING OF “CUBE CREDIT” UNIVERSAL CREDIT ORGANIZATION CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY
Guided by Part 3 of Article 2 and Point "p" of Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, based on Part 2 of Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Credit Organizations” and the requirements of Chapter 3 of Regulation 13 "On Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity", approved by Resolution No. 194-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 1 July 2008;
Taking into account the petitions submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 7 March 2025, 9 April 2025, 5 May 2025, 22 May 2025, 9 June 2025, 29 July 2025, 30 October 2025, and 29 October 2025 by the persons initiating the creation of “CUBE CREDIT” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company, namely Armen Ter-Hakobyan and Armine Najaryan, as well as the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 50 dated 12 November 2025), Resolution No. 1/21 TsG-A of the Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 25 June 2025, and Resolution No. 32 PA-A of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 28 November 2025, the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia hereby:
R E S O L V E S:
To register and license “CUBE CREDIT” Universal Credit Organization Closed Joint-Stock Company.
This Resolution shall enter into force from the date of its adoption.
