Public Offer Notice for BAES-BRIKO Digital Assets

PUBLIC OFFER NOTICE FOR DIGITAL ASSETS

PROYECTOS BRIKO, S.A. de C.V., in its capacity as issuer of digital assets, informs the general public that on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, starting at 9:00 hours, it will issue the Public Offer for its entry token "BAES-BRIKO".

The issuance totals 4,300,000 tokens. This digital asset will have as its underlying asset the pre-tax profits resulting from the annual exercise, which will depend on the acquisition, development, and future commercialization of the residential units of the integrated urban complex belonging to Polygon A of the project located in Nuevo Cuscatlán, which is integrated by more than eight hundred residential units.

The public offer has been duly approved by the National Commission of Digital Assets (CNAD), under registry entry AD-00041.
