Implementation of EBA Guidelines on Remuneration Policies and Practices Related to the Sale and Provision of Retail Banking Products and Services (EBA/GL/2016/06)

The Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared compliance with the European Banking Authority's guidelines on remuneration policies for retail banking products and services. These guidelines apply to credit institutions, payment institutions, and electronic money institutions subject to ACPR supervision. Regulated entities must take all necessary measures to ensure strict adherence to these requirements in accordance with Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010.

NOTICE Implementation of the European Banking Authority Guidelines on Remuneration Policies and Practices Related to the Sale and Provision of Retail Banking Products and Services (EBA/GL/2016/06)

The Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared itself compliant with the European Banking Authority's (EBA/GL/2016/06) guidelines on remuneration policies and practices related to the sale and provision of retail banking products and services, attached to this notice.

These guidelines apply to credit institutions, payment institutions, and electronic money institutions subject to the supervision of the ACPR, which must take all measures to comply with them, in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 establishing a European Supervisory Authority (European Banking Authority).
