Regulation on the approval, registration, and notification of non-bank credit organizations' activity and transparency requirements for their ownership structure
The National Bank of Moldova (NBM) issued Decision No. 99 on May 2, 2025, approving a new Regulation. This Regulation establishes procedures for the approval, registration, and notification of non-bank credit organizations' activities. It also mandates specific requirements to ensure the transparency of these organizations' ownership structures, becoming effective on June 8, 2025.
