Microfinance (Non-Deposit Taking Microfinance Institutions) (Amendment) Directive 2025

MICROFINANCE (NON-DEPOSIT TAKING MICROFINANCE INSTITUTIONS) (AMENDMENT) DIRECTIVE, 2025
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 57 (1) of the Microfinance Act, I, DR. MACDONALD MAFUTA MWALE, Registrar of Financial Institutions, issue the following Directive—

This Directive may be cited as Microfinance (Non-Deposit Taking Microfinance Institutions) (Amendment) Directive, 2025.

The Microfinance (Non-Deposit Taking Microfinance Institutions) Directive, 2018 is amended, in paragraph 5, by—
(a) deleting subparagraph (2); and
(b) renumbering subparagraphs (3) and (4) as subparagraphs (2) and (3), respectively.
