The Bank of Portugal issued Circular Letter No. CC/2020/00000055 to publish the model that payment service providers must use when communicating with the central bank. This requirement ensures compliance with Article 70(7) of the Bank of Portugal Notice No. 2/2018 of September 26, 2018. The directive applies to credit institutions, electronic money institutions, and payment institutions.
