Resolution on Recognizing Pawnshop Activity License No. PA-Y 302 of Diamond Credit LLC as Void

Guided by Part 3 of Article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Point “ac” of Article 20, and Point 22 of the “Procedure on Licensing Pawnshop Activities in the Republic of Armenia” approved by Resolution No. 32-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 3 February 2017; Taking into account that “DIAMOND CREDIT” Limited Liability Company submitted an application to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 8 August 2025 and 13 August 2025 regarding the termination of the pawnshop activity license, Based on the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 37 of 20 August 2025), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia hereby:

R E S O L V E S:

  1. To recognize as void Pawnshop Activity License No. PA-Y 302 granted to “DIAMOND CREDIT” Limited Liability Company (address: 23/1 Mashtots Ave., Yerevan, RA) by Resolution No. 171A of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 5 August 2015.
  2. For the purpose of protecting the interests of and informing the customers of “DIAMOND CREDIT” Limited Liability Company, to publish the operative part of this Resolution on the website of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia through the Public Relations Service of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.
  3. This Resolution shall enter into force as of the day following the due notification to “DIAMOND CREDIT” Limited Liability Company.
