Regulation on the Application of the Guidelines on Loan Origination and Monitoring
The Governing Board of Banka Slovenije issued this regulation to formally apply the European Banking Authority's Guidelines on loan origination and monitoring within Slovenia. It mandates that banks and specific creditors implement the guidelines' requirements regarding internal governance, credit risk, and consumer creditworthiness assessments. The regulation repeals previous rules on creditworthiness assessment and becomes applicable on 30 June 2021.
