Payment-2025- Circular No. 21 Invitation to Attend a Workshop
The Palestine Monetary Authority issued Circular No. 21 (2025) to postpone a workshop for payment service companies’ Compliance, AML/CFT, and Operations Directors until 30 September 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The rescheduled session will address findings from the National AML/CFT Risk Assessment and outline future strategies to rectify identified operational deficiencies. The Financial Monitoring Unit has been formally notified of this schedule adjustment.

Following our Circular No. (2025/20) regarding the invitation to Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CFT), and Operations Directors of payment service companies to attend a workshop on the results of the National AML/CFT Risk Assessment and future directions for addressing deficiencies and weaknesses, we wish to inform you that the workshop date has been postponed until Tuesday, 30 September 2025, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
