Circular dated November 22, 2023 amending the executive regulations of the Anti-Money Laundering Law

On November 22, 2023, a letter was addressed to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of a bank in Cairo, Egypt, informing him of amendments to the executive regulations of the Anti-Money Laundering Law (No. 80 of 2002) by virtue of the Prime Minister's Decision No. 3331 of 2023.
