ACPR Compliance with EBA Guidelines on Internal Policies, Procedures and Controls for Sanctions Implementation (EBA/GL/2024/14)

The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared its compliance with the European Banking Authority's guidelines regarding internal policies and controls for implementing national and Union restrictive measures. These guidelines apply to all credit institutions and financial establishments subject to EU directives 2013/36/EU, 2015/2366, and 2009/110/CE. The requirements become effective on December 30, 2025, mandating full implementation by the regulated entities in accordance with Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010.

NOTICE Compliance of the ACPR with the European Banking Authority (EBA) Guidelines on internal policies, procedures and controls aimed at ensuring the implementation of national restrictive measures and Union restrictive measures (EBA/GL/2024/14)

The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared itself compliant with the European Banking Authority's guidelines of 14 November 2024 on internal policies, procedures and controls aimed at ensuring the implementation of national restrictive measures and Union restrictive measures (EBA/GL/2024/14).

These guidelines are applicable as of 30 December 2025, by all credit institutions and financial establishments subject to regulation and supervision under Directive 2013/36/EU, Directive (EU) 2015/2366 and Directive 2009/110/EC, which must do everything in their power to comply with them, in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 establishing a European Supervisory Authority (European Banking Authority).
