Decision Amending the Decision on the Manner of Keeping the Registry of Payment Institutions and the Registry of Electronic Money Institutions
The Council of the Central Bank of Montenegro issued this decision to amend the regulatory framework governing the registry of payment and electronic money institutions. The amendments standardize address reporting requirements by replacing 'head office' with detailed location data and introduce new registry fields for authorization status, host Member State details, and cross-border service notifications.
