Warning against Ærlig Vaultrow

Finanstilsynet has issued a warning against investing through Ærlig Vaultrow, which operates without authorization to provide financial services in Denmark and employs deceptive marketing tactics such as fake celebrity articles. Investors using the platform forfeit standard regulatory protections, meaning they cannot lodge complaints with the Financial Appeals Board or the Appeals Board for Fund Brokerage Companies, nor are their funds covered by the Guarantee Fund. Consequently, recovering invested capital in the event of platform failure or fraud is highly unlikely.

30-10-2025 Finanstilsynet issues warning against investing through the company Ærlig Vaultrow The company markets investment services on the website https://aerligvaultrow.com . The company uses, among other things, fake articles by well-known Danes for marketing. The company does not have permission to offer financial services in Denmark.

If you use an investment platform without authorization to trade financial instruments, you are not guaranteed investor protection. This means, among other things, that you cannot complain to either the Financial Appeals Board or the Appeals Board for Fund Brokerage Companies, and that the investments are not covered by the Guarantee Fund. It is therefore unlikely that you will get your money back if problems arise.
