Appointment of New Deputy Registrar of Banks, Financial Institutions and Financial Businesses
The Bank of Zambia’s Deputy Governor for Operations appointed Dr. Emmanuel Pamu Mulenga as the new Deputy Registrar of Banks, Financial Institutions and Financial Businesses effective August 14, 2015. The leadership change succeeds Mr. Peter Banda and ensures uninterrupted regulatory supervision across commercial banks, financial institutions, and financial businesses. All chief executives are formally notified to update their records and direct future regulatory correspondence accordingly.
