Bank of Zambia Green Loans Guidelines 2023 Gazetted
The Bank of Zambia has officially gazetted the Banking and Financial Services (Green Loans) Guidelines, 2023, making them legally effective from November 29, 2023. The circular mandates all commercial banks and non-bank financial institutions to align their lending frameworks with the newly established standards for environmentally sustainable financing.
