The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 48 A on March 26, 2025, granting permission to EasyPay LLC to participate in the international payment and settlement system Moneytun. This decision follows the Licensing and Supervision Committee's conclusion and is based on relevant provisions of the Law on the Central Bank and the Law on Payment and Settlement Systems. The resolution entered into force immediately upon its adoption.

Granting Permission to “EasyPay” LLC, a Payment and Settlement Organization, for Participation in “Moneytun”, an International Payment and Settlement System
Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“ki”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 5, Article 7 (4), and Article 8 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Payment and Settlement Systems and Payment and Settlement Organizations”, and Paragraph 3, and Chapters 3 and 4 of Regulation 19 “Granting Permission for Participation in International Payment and Settlement Systems; the List of Changes to International PSS Operational Rules and Documents Reportable to the Central Bank of Armenia; International PSS Criteria; and Running of Registry” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No 250-N, dated September 23, 2014; Whereas on February 19, 2025, February 20, 2025 and March 6, 2025 “EasyPay” Limited Liability Company, a payment and settlement organization, submitted letters to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to seek permission for participation in an international payment and settlement system; In view of the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 12, dated March 12, 2025), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

Grant permission to “EasyPay” Limited Liability Company, a Payment and Settlement Organization, for participating in the international payment and settlement system “Moneytun”.
This resolution to enter into force upon its adoption.
