Decision on the Sale of Numismatic Money with the Portrait of Nikola Tesla in 2019
The National Bank of Serbia issued this decision to authorize the direct sale of numismatic coins featuring Nikola Tesla to domestic and foreign persons through its Belgrade headquarters and branch offices. The release of these coins for sale is scheduled for November 15, 2019, pursuant to previous issuance decisions. The decision entered into force on the day of its publication on the National Bank of Serbia's website.
Pursuant to Article 18, paragraph 1, item 3) and Article 57а, paragraph 5 of the Law on the National Bank of Serbia (RS Official Gazette, Nos 72/2003, 55/2004, 85/2005 – other law, 44/2010, 76/2012, 106/2012, 14/2015, 40/2015 ‒ CC decision and 44/2018), the Governor of the National Bank of Serbia hereby issues this DECISION ON THE SALE OF NUMISMATIC MONEY WITH THE PORTRAIT OF NIKOLA TESLA IN 2019
- The numismatic money issued in accordance with the Decision on issuance and main features of numismatic money with the portrait of Nikola Tesla (RS Official Gazette, No 10/2018) and the Decision on issuance and main features of numismatic money with the portrait of Nikola Tesla (RS Official Gazette, No 76/2019), shall be sold by the National Bank of Serbia to domestic and foreign natural and legal persons directly, at the National Bank of Serbia’s building in Belgrade, Nemanjina 17, and via its branch offices.
- The numismatic money referred to in Section 1 of this Decision shall be released for sale by the National Bank of Serbia on 15 November 2019.
