CL-2026-013: Revocation of EMI-NBFI License and Cancellation of VASP and OPS Certificates for Zybi Tech, Inc.
Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas issued Circular Letter CL-2026-013 to enforce the final revocation of Zybi Tech, Inc.'s Electronic Money Issuer-NBFI license and cancellation of its registrations as a Virtual Asset Service Provider and Operator of Payment System. The Monetary Board approved these actions pursuant to Resolution No. 683-A dated July 3, 2025, citing violations of the New Central Bank Act, the Anti-Money Laundering Act, and the National Payment Systems Act.
