We address you to deliver the attached sheets that must replace those in Section 35 of “Submission of Information to the Central Bank” regarding Communication “A” 8377 related to the aforementioned regime. In this regard, the main changes in Section V – Capital Self-Assessment Report are highlighted below: • Renumbering of the points comprising the Section. • General instructions: adjustment of points 35.4.1.1 and 35.4.1.3, and elimination of point 35.4.1.4. • Particular instructions: inclusion of points 35.4.2.1 (annual information) and 35.4.2.2 (quarterly information) for those entities that do not use the simplified methodology for quantifying their economic capital regarding capital needs for various risks. Additionally, the opportunity is considered appropriate to adjust the calculation of item 000110 from error legend 24 in the Annex Details of validation controls (Section II Projections). 35.4. Section V – Capital Self-Assessment Report. 35.4.1. General instructions. 35.4.1.1. The information to be submitted annually will be recorded in two files named “INFOAUTOEVCAPITAL.PDF” and “INFOAUTOEVCAPITAL.XLS” (if applicable) with the information detailed in point 5 of Section V – Capital self-assessment report of the Business Plans. The information to be submitted quarterly will be recorded in a file named “INFOAUTOEVCAPITAL.TXT” with the information detailed in point 4.1 of Section V – Capital self-assessment report of the Business Plans. 35.4.1.2. The aforementioned files must be sent in accordance with what is established in Section 1 of “Submission of Information to the Central Bank” for the file transfer service on the exclusive site www3. (MFT). 35.4.1.3. For the identification of this requirement, 23 will be used for the regime code and for the requirement code, the following table shall be considered:

35.4.2.2. Quarterly information (last day of each quarter) Those entities that do not use the simplified methodology must submit the “INFOAUTOEVCAPITAL.TXT” file, which will contain the data according to the record design inserted in point 35.4.4. The consolidation codes to be used in the “Consolidation Code” field will be as follows, reporting only those that apply: 001: Head office and branches in the country. 002: Head office and branches in the country and subsidiaries abroad. 003: Head office and branches in the country, subsidiaries abroad, and other entities in the country and abroad. A record will be reported for each of the items included in point 35.4.5., even if their balance is zero. Totalizing items will not be reported as they will be calculated by the BCRA.
35.4.3.Validation of information. The lists corresponding to the results of the validation processes will be available on the secure site https://www3.bcra.gob.ar.
