Subject: Requirement to Obtain SAMA's NOC Before Providing Information, Data, and Statistics to Government and Non-Government Entities.

Reference is made to the Credit Information System issued by Royal Decree No. (M/37) dated 5/7/1429H and its Executive Regulations, and to the importance and sensitivity of the information and data obtained by credit reporting companies under their authorized mandates.

The Bank emphasizes the necessity of obtaining its No Objection Certificate (NOC) prior to providing any data or statistics, regardless of their nature, to government or non-government entities, except as stipulated in agreements signed with members pursuant to the Credit Information System and its Executive Regulations.
