Subject: Study on the Evaluation of Electronic Services and Digital Transformation in Banks 2025
With reference to the above subject, and to the results of the study regarding the evaluation of electronic services and digital transformation in banks during the previous period concerning data for the year 2024, all banks are requested to complete the attached questionnaire within three weeks from the date of issuance of this circular, regarding the evaluation of electronic services available to them through various electronic channels and their degree of digital transformation. The data should cover the period from 2025/01/01 to 2025/10/31. Accordingly, please ensure data accuracy according to the attached guide and adhere to the specified deadline, noting that a report of the questionnaire results will be published.
