Subject: SAMA Notification Prior to Periodic Financial Statements Announcement on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) Website.
Based on the authorities vested in SAMA under the Financing Companies Supervision System issued by Royal Decree No. (M/51) dated 13/08/1433 AH, and its Executive Regulations issued by the Governor's Decision No. (2/F.C.S) dated 14/04/1434 AH.
Accordingly, SAMA confirms that financing companies listed on the Saudi Financial Market must comply with notifying SAMA prior to announcing periodic financial statements on the Tadawul website, and providing SAMA with a draft of the announcement form regarding financial results related to those periodic financial statements in both Arabic and English, within (5) working days prior to the announcement date. SAMA further confirms that the above does not prejudice the provisions of relevant applicable systems and regulations.
