Amendment (1) to PSDIR-11
The Governor of the Bank of Namibia issued Amendment (1) to Directive PSDIR-11 under the Payment System Management Act, 2023. This amendment extends the compliance deadline for payment service providers to ensure e-money interoperability through the instant payment switch from 26 February 2026 to 30 November 2026. The revised provisions apply to subsections 2.1 and 3.3.1 through 3.3.3 of the original directive.
