Registering the Rules of “Velocity Growth”, a Non-Public, Contractual, Interval Investment Fund of “Velocity Capital”, a Limited Liability Company
Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“ki”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 21 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”; and Paragraph 29 of Regulation 10/11 “Terms and Conditions for Registration of Investment Fund (Fund Rules), Granting Preliminary Permission to Sell Securities of Foreign Investment Fund in the Republic of Armenia” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 117-N, dated May 2, 2011;
Whereas on May 23, 2025, June 18, 2025, June 23, 2025, and June 27, 2025 “Velocity Capital”, a Limited Liability Company, applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to register the Rules of “Velocity Growth”, a Non-Public, Contractual, Interval Investment Fund of “Velocity Capital” LLC; and
In view of the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 30, dated July 2, 2025),
the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia
E n a c t s:
Register the Rules of “Velocity Growth” Non-Public, Contractual, Interval Investment Fund of “Velocity Capital” Limited Liability Company.
This resolution to enter into force upon being registered with “Velocity Capital” Limited Liability Company or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “Velocity Capital” Limited Liability Company.
