Circular No. 2025/27: Winter Time in Palestine
The Palestine Monetary Authority issued Circular No. 2025/27 to all licensed money changers in Palestine regarding the implementation of winter time. The directive mandates that clocks be set back by sixty minutes at 2:00 AM on Saturday, October 25, 2025. This adjustment is executed in accordance with the Proclamation-Law No. 40 of 2022 concerning the licensing and supervision of the money changing profession and a Cabinet decision.

Subject: Winter Time in Palestine
Based on the provisions of Proclamation-Law No. (40) of 2022 concerning the licensing and supervision of the money changing profession, and based on the decision of the esteemed Cabinet, winter time in Palestine will take effect starting at 2:00 AM on Saturday, October 25, 2025, by setting the clocks back by sixty minutes.
