Circular 11-2026: List issued by the United Nations Security Council
The Superintendence of the Securities Market of Panama issued Circular 11-2026 to notify regulated financial obligated subjects of a new sanctions list published by the United Nations Security Council. The circular specifies the UN list code DPPA/SCAD/SCSOB/2026/SCA/14/26 (05) and its publication date of April 28, 2026. It instructs recipients to immediately contact the Financial Analysis Unit if they have not yet received the list.
