Resolution of 28 February 2012 by the National Securities Market Commission Modifying Annex I of the Resolution of 16 November 2011 Creating and Regulating the CNMV Electronic Registry
The Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) issued a resolution on 28 February 2012 to modify Annex I of its 16 November 2011 resolution governing the CNMV Electronic Registry. This amendment incorporates two new standardized electronic procedures: the Expert Report for physical person Investment Financial Companies (IEE) and the Information Brochure on Tariffs (TAR). These additions align the registry with requirements established in Circular 1/2011 regarding solvency and Circular 7/2011 regarding tariff information and standard contracts.
